Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Coaching
Working one on one with leaders to expand their awareness of D+I holding a space thats safe, non-judgmental and supportive of both their professional and personal awareness levels. The sessions are mainly self directed however, clients will be encouraged via discussions and exercises to explore areas that will expand their learning edge,

I offer two packages, Six or twelve sessions depending upon need.
By the end clients will be able to:
- Recognise the benefit of working with inquisitive vulnerability
- Engage, instigate and manage courageous conversations
- Lean into discomfort with increased confidence
- See their learning edge as an opportunity to expand their awareness
Sessions can be delivered by phone or virtually via a choice of various platforms.

Approximately one year ago I reached out to G. I have known and admired him for years. When set against his backstory, His personality, achievements and accomplishments make him all the more impressive. Anyone who can go from being homeless, living under a bridge in a third world country to achieving the heights he has is truly worthy of respect.
It was that emotional intelligence that caused me to approach him. When I did I was experiencing a real rollercoaster of emotions, with turmoil occurring in both my personal and professional life.
His experiences meant he was uniquely placed to provide genuine and unique insight and guidance, without judgement or prejudice.
His simple yet highly effective approach was pivotal in enabling me to face, then smash through emotional constraints. Navigating that terrain was tough.
But as he kept reminding me, “we can’t climb smooth mountains”
The truth is, dormant demons do not like being awakened, much less confronted. But they have to be conquered. Some days were, and still are harder than others.
On good days Ive felt immortal. Like I could solve Brexit. On other days I’ve found myself teetering on the abyss staring into an empty void.
Sometimes when things weren’t going well I’ve found myself scraping the bottom of the barrel. When I couldn’t scrape anymore I had to dig. Ive had to venture penetrate my subconscious and venture deep into my soul.
Whilst the work is by no means finished, the results have been truly transformative. My mindset has completely changed. The energy around me has noticeably changed.
G’s infectiously positive, approachable and non judgemental approach to life coupled with his unique sense of humour are qualities that are difficult to find in this day and age.
I can categorically say that working with G is an an investment that will, without a shadow of a doubt, pay dividends in the long run. Applying his principles and approach has enabled me to operate two ranks above my pay grade, as well as causing me to reassess my approach to my private life.
